AR for the Legal Profession
Augmented reality scene in real space.
We were approached by a law firm to talk about how Augmented Reality could be used in the legal profession. One scenario we discussed was using AR to better present a physical incident such as a traffic accident.
The video above is augmented reality in real space. Reality Lab® created an AR (augmented reality) test to demonstrate, in (virtual) 3D space, an intersection with an obstructed view where an accident occurred.
Did the SUV run the stop sign, or by necessity, creep out into the intersection? Was the pickup truck driving safely and paying attention, or speeding?
By building an AR scene of the accident, we can demonstrate various scenarios in 3D space for a more accurate description.
